NES Supply Lists for 2014-2015

4th Grade Supplies

  • 1 trapper keeper (3inch) zipper type preferred (This will be used in all classes.)
  • 1 pack of dividers for trapper keeper (There are 5 content classes.)
  • 3 composition notebooks for math, reading, and science (100-150 sheets)
  • 2 three-ringed binders to be used in the classroom for English and Social Studies journals (1 inch each)
  • 2 pack of #2 pencils                            
  • 1 pack of cap pencil erasers
  • wide ruled paper
  • 1 pack of glue sticks

* No pencil boxes, pens, or rolling book bags, please. Due to limited space, book bags will not be carried from class to class. Students will take their binders from class to class. Please note that teachers will provide art supplies such as crayons, markers, and scissors when needed.

5th Grade Supplies

  • 1 – 2 inch three-ring notebook (Students will use this in all subjects.) – (Note: Please help your child organize his/her notebook before the first day of school.)
  • 1 – zipper pencil pouch
  • 5 – 1½ inch three-ring black notebooks filled with notebook paper.  (Students will use one of these in each subject area.)
  • 1 – pack of plastic dividers with pockets. (Note: Plastic dividers are more durable.)
  • 2 – pocket folders with prongs (Orange and yellow folders if possible.)
  • 1 – pocket folder without prongs (Students will use this for a homework folder.)
  • 1 – pack of Crayola colored pencils
  • 1 – pack of Crayola colored markers
  • 3 – packs of glue sticks (Students will use these in science, social studies, and math.)
  • #2 pencils (continuous supply) – (Note:  Please, no mechanical pencils or ink pens.)
  • wide-ruled notebook paper (continuous supply)

6th Grade Supplies

  • At least one 2 Inch Binder notebook/Trapper Keeper
  • Wide ruled paper (continuous supply)
  • Dividers for notebooks      
  • 5 Spiral notebooks
  • 2 Composition Notebooks/Journals
  • #2 Pencils & Erasers (continuous supply)
  • Tape/Glue Sticks (continuous supply)
  • Pencil pouch with rings (for binder)
  • 1 Pack Twistable colored pencils
  • Highlighters –various colors

All Grades:

We would appreciate donations of the following items.  These items are not provided by the school for the classrooms; however, they are needed to help provide a healthier environment for your child.  Thanks in advance for your support.

  • Facial tissue (e.g., Kleenex)
  • Ziploc bags
  • Baby wipes
  • Paper towels
  • Clorox or Lysol wipes
  • Individually wrapped candy
  • Paper/Pencils/erasers
  • Waterless Hand Sanitizer (e.g., Germ-X)
